The Carraig Og Section of the club caters for boys aged 5 – 10 years old in both Hurling & Football.

Each week the boys are coached the skills of Hurling & Football along with the basic Fundamental & Functional Movement Skills (FMS), in a safe and Fun environment by qualified & Garda Vetted coaches.

Our main aim in the Carraig Og Section of the club is for all players to have an opportunity to play Hurling & Football and have fun while doing it.
